SHIPPING POLICY

 

Where we ship

 

Everywhere in the European Union. Belgium, France and Germany are our home markets, but every EU country is available at checkout.

 

How long it takes

 

Every cap is embroidered to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping then takes 3 to 8 business days depending on the country. Count on 1 to 2 weeks in total. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the cap leaves production.

 

Shipping costs

 

Shown at checkout before you pay, calculated on your address. No surprises after payment.

 

Customs

 

We ship from within the EU, so there are no customs fees or import taxes for EU customers.

 

Wrong address

 

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it at your cost, or refund the product without the original shipping.

 

Lost or damaged in transit

 

If your parcel has not arrived 15 business days after the shipping email, or arrives damaged, write to makekebabcheapagain@gmail.com. We send a replacement or refund you, your choice.
