RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, no reason needed. This is your legal right of withdrawal in the European Union and we apply it to every order.

 

How to return a cap

 

Email us at makekebabcheapagain@gmail.com with your order number and tell us you want to return it. We reply within 48 hours with the return address. The cap must be unworn, in its original condition, with the tag if it had one. You pay the return shipping, unless the cap arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong one.

 

Once we receive the cap, we refund the full price of the product to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded when you return the whole order.

 

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

 

If your cap arrives damaged, with a defect in the embroidery, or it is not what you ordered, send us a photo at makekebabcheapagain@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We send you a new one for free, no need to return the faulty one.

 

Exchanges

 

We do not do direct exchanges. Return the cap for a refund and place a new order for the colour or slogan you want.

 

Cancellations

 

Every cap is embroidered to order and goes into production shortly after payment. You can cancel for free as long as the order has not entered production. After that, the 14 day return policy above applies.
